WOOD element:

The Qi of the Liver stores the blood, maintains the freeflow of Qi, controls the sinews, influences the function of the eyes & manifests in the nails. It is responsible for the smooth flow of menstruation as well as associated with anger, frustration, depression & mood swings.
The Gall bladder stores & excretes bile & it's Qi aids judgement & decision making.
